If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted with prior email authorization within 24 hours of receipt. Returns are not possible on custom or special orders. Returns or exchanges: merchandise must be in original condition and packaging and must be received by Treasures by Nora within 7 days. Exchanges are accepted with prior phone or email authorization within 5 days of receipt. Exchanges are for merchandise or credit towards a future purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns are issued by original method of payment only. Make any damaged freight claims immediately upon receipt. Our policy is to modify, exchange or repair if necessary. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Pictures

Taking good pictures of jewelry by an amature with only a small digital camera can produce mixed results. :-)
