My daughter, who is also my WebMistress, started beading gifts for friends around two years ago. Seeing the gemstones she was using sparked a similar interest in me. Designs began dancing in my mind, becoming reality beginning in 2004.
I pride myself on working almost exclusively with real semi-precious gemstones. This means no glass, plastic, man-made, or synthetic materials. The only man-made materials I use are Celestial and Swarovski crystals. They were just too beautiful to resist!
Not very trendy myself, my designs tend to be along more classic lines: pieces to buy and wear for years as more trendy purchases go in and out of style.
A design has to 'speak' to me. Cool and refreshing, a little flirty or playful, all my designs send a message to the soul.
I'm quite camera-shy and prefer to let my jewelry speak for me.
I have red hair and dimples. The rest is subject to change without notice! :-)
